Adult Learning Communities
Congratulations to the organizations selected for Cohort I!
The following organizations from across the country will work together in an 8-week cohort (October-December), focusing on student engagement (recruitment, retention, and persistence). This Adult Learning Community will then design, field test, and share a program innovation that addresses student engagement. To accomplish this task, they will participate in two virtual meetings, receive online instruction the highlighting best practices to recruit and engage students, ongoing coaching, a $2,000 stipend to be used for the innovation upon completion of the cohort, and two all-expense paid trips to the 2019 NCFL Conference.
